The Saint-Antoine library

The library is intended for Sorbonne University medical, IFSI and paramedical students, as well as teachers, researchers and healthcare professionals.

• Registration is automatic for Sorbonne University students;
• Sorbonne University hospitalists and researchers must provide a professional certificate;
• Readers from outside Sorbonne Université: access reserved for 3rd cycle medical students and healthcare professionals. People from outside Sorbonne Université must pay an annual registration fee (students from AP-HP schools linked to GHU Pitié-Charles Foix and interns on placement at Hôpital Saint-Antoine are exempt). Apply for registration.

Loan rules :
For medical students: unlimited number of documents for 4 weeks, renewable twice.

The Saint-Antoine library's collections are intended for medical students, interns, midwifery students and paramedical students (nursing and physiotherapy).

The library also holds the Faculty of Medicine's theses on general medicine.

• The last ten years are freely available for on-site consultation.
• Medical theses for other specialties are kept at the Pitié-Salpêtrière library.
• Theses from previous years can be consulted at the Bibliothèque Interuniversitaire de Santé.

Training

Individual or group training courses are available on specific subjects, databases or bibliographic management software (Zotero).

Interlibrary loan (PEB)

The Interlibrary Loan service locates and provides articles, theses and books that are not in the library's collection.
